POOR ROAD CONDITIONS - REPORT HERE

Report and photograph poor road conditions throughout Northamptonshire here.
I will post up addresses of departments so these con be reported formally.
Its not just damaging to vehicles, there is a safety obligation here.

Here's the first;

Barnwell street, Kettering.
Between Durban road, and St. Marys Road Junction.
Hole Depth: 40mm (Through two layers of surface work in places)
Time in this condition 8 Months to 1 Year.
