Please don't tell me he's gone off like a smart arse to a Smart meet to meet other smart heads...?

Yep! I couldnt get online yesterday eveing as Tinternet was broken.
There is a PT Cruiser (Bedfordshire) meet tonight too.

On another note my Tuscan Cam chain is rattling, so need to open her up and adjust it before I commit to using it for the evening.
But as the Smart is well proven at meetings I could just take that!

So tell us about the Smart Asses.
Is yours up with the pack or left on the grid?
Has it now had the final tweak applied?
When do i get to try it?

That truely is a sad sight.

I remember at Donington they meet outside the museum on a Saturday. Rather sadly for them when it comes around to the Lotus show at Donington a lot of pee taking is enjoyed! Sooooo tempting to go in and donut on the gravel!

Still, I have to say Mr Baker your wheels are looking mighty fine!

To be fair, it was peeing down when I got to Mkt H and I very nearly did a u-turn to go and watch the footie instead. Think I caught your Anglia mates up on the way home... say 'sorry' to them and tell them I didn't mean to suck their doors off on the way by!

Well after sharing love hearts and group hugs sheltering from the rain in my garage myslef, Peter and Justin decided around 7:30 the rain wasn't going away fast and it would be quite miserable at AF.

So I went for a blip in Pete's Elise to drift some roundabouts1 And it did clear a bit.

Real shame about the weather. Glad that those who did make it had fun! Get some pictures up!

Ah well was nice and dry in the pub!
A leisurely cruise to the Dalkeith and a couple of beers in the company of the 'J's.
Justin , Jo and Jayne.

So Mark , who were your passengers in the end?

Must appologise to Pete for robbing his lane on the wet roundabout, I had built up momentum in the smart and it seemed a shame to waste it. Those big tyres also slip a bit too. (I Know he had to brake for my antics)

Off to look at a Diesel VW Van later, (here's my old one)

so little smart may be sent off to ebay for flogging!!! aww.

If I get the urge for a little car again, it might be one of these! Aircraft controls!!!
