Does anyone know if there are double garages to rent in Northampton (or close by)?

Nicola, try asking the Housing dept of N'ton Borough Council (not NCC)... most housing authorities have a stock of rental garages and they usually have many vacancies/are glad for tenants (you may need to be selective on areas but your local knowledge will be handy!)

Nic

My Father rents one of the old units up at santapod raceway ( ex RAF building) they have all been converted now with roller doors etc. Not sure how many if any are free still. Many car owners store there motors up there. One guy even has a huge spray booth.

Not sure if thats too far for you.

Not for a bike as it is a double garage that is needed and a bike would be lost in that....lol

Slightly off topic, I have a house for sale in Northants with a the worlds largest garage. You could fit at least 4 cars in and have plenty of room to work on them, it has electric remote controlled doors, 3 phase electrics and single phase, engine hoist, and a workshop. The house aint bad either. See my main website for details.

Just what I am looking for if you can move it a lot nearer to Cambridge!

Needs more pictures of the workshop and garage though!

Not worth the move as I currently commute from Market Harborough and a good run is an hour!

Don't blame you for trying though

Getting? It always was... maybe it just looks different when you're outside the clique in question
