Evenin' all!

I'll join you tomorrow f that's OK? Alison has work to do for her degree so I'm allowed to play out on my own.

Steph, do you really want a hedgetrimmer. I can bring mine along if ya like.

BTW, you all have to say ooh aah tomorrow at my wheels as I spent several hours today removing them and cleaning and polishing.

I did an assessment of the state of corrosion of some of the chassis while I was there.
Hmmmm!

There is no rev limiter on the Tuscan. It has fancy change lights but no rev limiter, hence Justin's cautiousness when blipping hard. Doesn't want to melt the Cadbury's Fingers again.

Stephanie is right Gary, the change lights are able to be set for whatever limits you think are right, middle of the dash theres a light pod above the speedo. It has amber lights that you set to mid change, and then the big led one in the middle, that will almost blind you. I move these around to how reckless I am feeling towards the car. Stephanies drive the big red was set to 6500rpm but never even saw pre-change on her drive. (Dont forget I wasnt feeling too good so fair play to her)

Aren't we confusing change lights with rev limiters? There will certainly be a soft fuel cut-off defined on the fuel maps and probably a hard one on the ignition mapping too... Can't conceive any contemporary engine management system without, especially on a rev happy motor like the Sp6. And assuming the set-up is the same as the Tamora, I've got a clip of one being donutted at Santa Pod where you can clearly hear the limiter(s) banging in.

Alright Harv? Abby`s been in a sulk all week after just one of her posse turned up! (Andy)

Well I am not too sunburnt thankfully. The house is like a bomb site though!

Thanks to you all for coming along. Ta for the route Gary and thanks to all for helping me out providing bits. I'm useless at catering, still should know how to do it better now eh?!

That wouldn't be fair.

Maybe a different venue. Hmm. I'll check the diary of events for next Sunday 23rd and see if MHA in MH would be a possibility. If you're game?

Last night, while getting freaked out with merry-go-rounds, Pete did the 'Capri Test' on me?

Anyone else heard of this before? Apparently I broke the rules!

Never heard of it and whats 'merry-go-rounds'? Is slang for dubious substance?
