I’d love to have seen Selby being warned for taking too long. There is no excuse for that sort of play in the middle of a match. In a tense final frame, by all means, but trying it on like that in the middle session is nothing less than disrespectful.

It was quite a strange frame to be honest and wasn't far off being a re-rack, plus the shot wasn't straight forward. I think the 'warning', it was more of a nudge than anything, was a little uncalled for myself.

My thoughts exactly.. Even Hendry, who didn't give up easily is surprised at Selby continuing in this frame...
My opinion of Selby has dropped massively, miserable and never once have I seen him acknowledge a good shot by his opponent..
Not very sporting at all..

I've followed the world championship since the late 70's, it's one of the highlights of the year for me but if the enthusiasm hoover beats Stuart ahm oot, I'd rather finish the tiling.

He's not easy to like is he, I noticed during the maximum attempt by bing the camera cut to him and looked like he was waiting for a bus. And it's late.

My Mrs recons he's nice in interviews but a bit shy and his cool persona is probably his way of managing it.
