I'm convinced Federer is a cyborg from the future, no-one can play that good at 37.

Yes, I know what you mean.

There was a documentary on about the Irish novelist Edna O'Brien,
in her 20s she was a bit frumpy and plain, in her late 30s she was a real hornbag.

The thing that pisses me off about RF is I constantly think of him as old and question when he's going to lose it, then remember I've got 5 years on the whippersnapper.

Looking forward to Federer-Nadal. This will be their first meeting on grass since the Wimbledon final 11 years ago.

Yes. He is an actual machine. Plus he seems like such a nice guy. Think first player to win 350 grand slam matches, 100 at one grand slam. Amazing.

The courts seem very slow this year - think Federer will struggling against Nadal on such a surface.

Interesting to see how often Murray and her were standing in the same central spots on the court, they were playing singles tennis against a pairing that trusted each other to look after balls in their own area.
They showed the heat map after one of their matches, to illistrate this and the doubles specialists was hugely different,

They just replayed the last few games of that match on BBC2. Still thrilling to watch.

I can't believe it has been 11yrs since they last met on grass though!! Hope tomorrow's match is as good!

Lucky enough to have tickets today (tennis club ballot) to see what should be an incredible days tennis. Can’t quite believe it ! I saw the 2007 final (not the great 2008 final) between Federer and Nadal so am incredibly fortunate. Definitely want Federer to win !

Incredible and wonderful tennis match between Nadal and Federer.

If Federer plays like that against Djokovic, he should win.

Who is favourite for final, out of interest?

Nobody in their heads picked that one. Remarkable nearing the end of his 38th year.

Great match, can see the respect between the two of them and as a side note, one of the best umpires for the match as well.

Bautista did much better than I expected. At least he and his mates can start his stag do tonight now biggrin

Are you saying nobody expected Federer to win?
