I've a shopping list....
How big is the list? I wouldn't mind say, 3 more G17 pmags, and a couple of BX-25s for the 10/22, and that's about it. And right now most places are out, making it a moot point.
Oh, and 1,000 rounds of XM193 for a decent price.
If the lock down ends in a week, I'll wait until the LGS is open and see what they have.

It’s classed as a muzzle loading revolver. I use green dot powder and westlake wadcutters overall a fun gun to shoot but a bit of a pain to load not the end of the world though.
Ah, I see. My BP is a Remington. But lying here in bed I can't remember the make or model number. BP, the most fun you can have with your trousers on.I have 3d printed speed loaders for the powder so I can drop the powder in 2 seconds into all 6 chambers. Then press in a bullet by hand about 1/3 the way. Then spin the cylinder on the bench pressing in all 6 rounds, takes about 60 seconds. Then walk back to the table and pick up the frame, slide it on the yolk and then insert 6 primers another 60 seconds and pewpewpew.
So total re-load time is maybe 3-4 minutes if you take your time. If I had to rush to do it, maybe 2 mins. The gun does get quite dirty though and I normally only do 5 maybe 6 cycles in an evening and then it needs a proper clean.
I have a second cylinder on my ticket too as I was going to get a second cylinder but don't think I will bother now as its not that difficult to re-load and fairly expensive around £500 after RFD to RFD etc as the cylinder needs fitting to the frame. Will probably 141 that slot at some point for something else.

What an utter faff............ and its why I have zero interest in BP anything.....unless you include a want for a MH 577/450.So total re-load time is maybe 3-4 minutes if you take your time. If you think that's a faff, don't bother with the MH. Loading for mine took ages to pull together all the necessary components to be able to produce a cartridge. I even purchased a mini lathe so I could start cutting down 24ga brass to form cases, until I found someone in the US who can make them for a reasonable cost. (Kranks want something like £7 each for an empty brass case!).Loading each cartridge needed 85gn Swiss 2F, filler (I used semolina), a waxed card wad (I cut a load out from orange juice cartons), 2 lubed felt wads (I made my own using the same punch I used for the card wads and Gatofeo No1 lube that I made), topped with two further waxed card wads and finally a lubed 468gn lead bullet (also lubed with Gatofeo).
In the time it took to load 6 rounds you could have shot 2 or 3 cylinders of BP revolver.
Mind you, it was a huge amount of fun!

The Bertram brass is excellent though, as made specifically not modified from another calibre. And that's because Kranks just convert the Aussie dollar rate to GBP rate! They are £3.85 in their native Australia....and a mate who lives there and shoots said if I wanted a load he'd bring some back when he next flew home to see his family here in UK....although I have heard Bertram may have stopped making them.
TBH, I can't ever see my getting a MH anyway, for all sorts of reasons other than the faff of reloading.

Lockdown being a time for spending, I was looking at $4.88 of accu-wedge to sort the very slight slop between the upper and lower receiver on the newer AR. Had a vague recollection of something....found it had a tensioning screw already installed. Set that, job done. Spent the money on snapcaps instead.

I am like you. This lock down is getting expensive with online shopping, especially of the gun nature. Gassing Station | Sports | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
