Fantastic afternoon, thought Phil was in with a shout for a second there!

Beautifully done though, what a way to win.

Good to see Poults having a good time of it, still think there's a few big wins in him yet. Rose played a good game, wish his putting was up there more consistently,

Spieths performance made it for me, but next year I want to see the best players in the world putting into lakes again.

I like people other than me putting into lakes.

Fantastic Masters and a deserved winner in Spieth smile

Rory showed his class without really contending, Rose was classy but his putter let him down, and Big Phil was brilliant as always.

I love The Open, but there's something special about the Masters that I love so much, my favourite major I think (until the Open) :-D

Well, I won £80 so can't complain! Would have won £200+ if Rose had managed it!

A good Masters, Augusta looked immaculate as always. One day I'll have to pay the money and go....

I had Phil backed so happy enough. Jordan Spieth has some nerve I'll say that much. Unflinching. Fantastic stuff.

Great final day and very pleased the boy Speith got it done even though I was hoping that Rosie might have run him a little closer. Rory made Tiger look very average in the final round.

I'm not a fan of Tiger Woods at all, but it's nice to see him getting some decent Golf in - he's turned a big corner in a short space of time which is pretty impressive. I hope it's not just a one off for the Masters.

Played 36 holes this weekend. First 18 was on my own for practice and Sunday was against a couple of friends. Managed 42 points with 3 blobs which was great, but had 24 for the front 9 so a bit disappointing in the end. Short game/putting practice on Saturday was invaluable.

Also hit my first 300 yard+ drive with a slightly wind assisted 302.

I agree I never like his attitude on course but I don't beleive in kicking a man in the bks whilst he is down.
Pleased he did well but heis so way off his best.

I think your handicap needs a little snip!

If I played like that with any consistency I'd agree. I'm hoping to play minimum once a week this year so we'll see what happens.

Nice!

I thought it was a cracking Masters.

Rory was excellent in the end, despite never really being in contention.

Rose is swinging the club better than anyone on tour at the moment imo, his putter really let him down on Sunday.

Spieth is the real deal.

Woods is on his way back to genuinely contending, and most importantly seems to have sorted his short game out.

Big Phil just doesn't age, shows absolute magic and will always be loved.

Poults could have contended and I'll be keeping an eye on him, he has started the season well.

Casey has re-emerged from a low spell.

I think the Majors this year are going to be so good!

Agreed. I was a little disappointed that no-one could really get near Spieth, a Wire to Wire win is impressive but not something I'd want to see every year.

The other slight disappointment was the apparent ease of the course (relatively speaking). I know much of this was down to the rain etc. but I want to see the world's best struggling to beat the course, not crushing it.

Can't argue with any of those points!

I have a bit of man crush on Justin Rose - probably my favourite player on tour along with Robert Rock!

So much so I just bought his sunglasses..... paperbaghttp://www.adidas.com/Eyewear/content/en/products/...

Ha ha! He's been my favourite player for a long time now, I really admire his approach to the game and can see him picking up a couple more Majors in his career smile
