I am not looking forward to seeing what the crims can do when bowling on this pitch.
Bearing in mind the English are used to a swinging/seaming ball. If there is bounce and pace we should get a few - as long as the Mitchells don't fall for bowling too short.

Score was 70 odd for 3 and rain stopped play when I had to a meeting. Came out an hour later, checked the score and it's 99 for 7... WTF?

His last decision before he's dropped?

He should be dropped on form - if there is someone else in the wings. Not sure there is - Kuwaja maybe.

I have a feeling that the innings isn't over yet not by a long chalk - if they get 175 from here we'll have failed miserably.

Rogers put out of his misery. He never looked comfortable at all, complaining about people moving around all morning. Doesn't look like he should be out there at all,

Have not see too much but anyone who thought Anderson may be past his sell by date may have to think again.

No idea, the last time I went to Edgbaston was about 20 years ago, saw Twose score a double ton at a rate of about 1 an over. Made Tavare look exciting. Just checked and the cheapest tickets on sale had a face value of £56, and they'll be selling at a decent premium. Probably best to budget £100 a ticket. I'll make a decision just after close.

Repeat of Lords comment, would like to see both sides bat before pronouncements.
