"Heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury could be stripped of his titles after reports emerged that the boxer tested positive for cocaine.
The 28-year-old recently pulled out of his title defence fight against Wladimir Klitschko, scheduled for October 29, after being declared 'medically unfit' on September 23.
However, according to reports from ESPN, Fury had tested positive for the drug the day before on September 22."

Disappointing
Fury potentially had it all, but for me if true he will always be disgraced.
Also will tarnish the image of the travelling community.
He had the chance to build a legacy.
Will be interesting to see if Haye changes his stance and makes a negative comment on Fury over this.
I always thought he wasn't the man. Never looks in shape just a big lump, like Riddick Bowe without the talent. But he has screwed it up, not that the heavyweight division, or boxing in general is full of Mother Theresa's anyway Fury potentially had it all, but for me if true he will always be disgraced.

I think his heads gone, it was a bad day for Klitschko and a perfect strategy for Fury, this time I think he'd have been stopped. Hopefully that's the last of the gobste.
I never liked Fury, he was too brash and cocky for my liking - his achievements in the ring can't be denied though.
A young chap who has the world at his feet, he could be truly great but he either doesn't want it or is foolish indeed - I won't speculate as to which, it may even be a bit of both, whatever his reasoning it's always a shame to see an athlete carry on like this.

It was drugs all along-not his mental state. It's poetic though. I am sure his Uncle will be along soon to say it's not his fault. I think his uncle might be quiet on this, being familiar with recreational drugs himself http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/boxing/tyson-fury-me...

A tragic story, to be honest I don't know the guy but it does sound like he was up and coming with a good series of wins under his belt, such a shame for his family and friends. Remember people severe headaches are not to be ignored.Gassing Station | Sports | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
