It could be that Groves is now top kiddie at the gym and Haye doesn't like it?

Hmmm...think Frampton might have a word or two to say about that! hehe

I've seen interviews with McGuigan before where he's said they have to be very careful with Haye as his body is basically breaking down...I wonder if McGuigan has come to the conclusion he can't take Haye any further.
All that explosive training (with and without weights) that Haye has been doing whilst campaigning at HW cannot have been good for his body over the years. I fear it's taken a big toll and he'll probably never be the same again.

Hmm...a couple of dates are being mentioned now; 15th or 22nd July (and in London, not Germany).

Actually, a fight over here could make good sense for both fighters...for Eubank, it's a home tie against a credible but ageing opponent, with a win properly establishing him in the division (and potentially even getting him a mandatory position with the WBO...though Ramirez sounds quality!); for Abraham, it's a match-up with a high profile but largely unproven fighter and victory would get his name front and centre over here in a division where, fingers crossed, there will soon be three of the four belts held.
Starting to look like this might be happening...

Yes, fair point, slipped my mind. It must be hard for these guys like Shane or Gallagher dealing with the scheduling of having several fighters in a camp let alone the egos.

Did anyone else see the Kudrryashov V Durodola rematch last night? Absolute belter of a fight between 2 massive punching cruiserweights. Managed to watch it on a Legit Russian stream on the Ipad and it didn't disappoint.

Wont Spoil it as it can be watched in this forum: http://www.checkhookboxing.com/index.php?threads/k...

One of them gets their Mouthpiece knocked out of their mouth in the fight with such force it probably gave someone in the crowd a black eye!

Might well be enough to get the winner an invite into the Cruiserweight 8-man tournament that's being pulled together. Reigning WBC and IBF title-holders Mairis Breidis and Murat Gassiev have already signed up, along with former two-time world champion Krzysztof Wlodarczyk, so he'd be in good company!

great fight!.... but i think the first one was even better. i didn't know anything about durodola at the time and was very shocked that kudryashov got stopped as he'd been looking like another stone cold killer up to that point.

briedis looked to be moving better than kudryashov against durodola before stopping him in the 10th and to be fair to him didn't need 2 attempts to beat him either!!.... i know i've been blowing the briedis trumpet for a while now but he might just turn out to be the best of the bunch!

both kudryashov and durodols deserve a place in the tournament.....don't think we'll see tony bellew in there with all those monsters though!!

Nice to see an oft overlooked weight class bursting at the seams with talent. Hope Usyk is involved. Bellew would be wise to steer well clear.

Usyk is the best "boxer" of the bunch by some mile, isn't he? He's a giant Lomechenko, same training camp as well, but could this be a bit early for him, he's only managed 12 fights since flipping in 2013, is he injury prone?

Enjoyed this. It's not all about throwing punches...

Unsurprisingly Lomachenko, Hamed, Whitaker, Tyson and Ali all feature heavily.

Sweat Pea Whitaker is one of those guys who's largely gone under my radar, I'm going to make an effort to do a YouTube marathon asap,

Was a very good watch. Lomachenko & Rigondeaux are awesome to watch. Hamed very cocky and arrogant but very entertaining too!

I suspect his head and foot movement are still far beyond the skills of the average fella, he would still be incredibly hard to hit, in the first round anyway.

I'm not sure he's still up to somersaulting the top rope though.

Joshua Klitschko rematch appears to be happening .

Also AJ has been saving his pennies whilst living in his mums council house, already moving into management and has signed Joshua Buatsi with Matchroom also involved.. A bit early in his career to get into management?
