I am looking forward to this as well. I have mentioned before that I think Eubank Jr is a real talent and has this curious punching that is sickeningly hurtful but with no real knock out power. Abrahams is very durable but very hittable so I see him taking a lot of punches in this one. Eubank by a wide decision in my opinion.
Off to the show tonight...was bricking myself when I heard Abraham missed the weight! Thankfully he made it at 2nd time of asking, but had to lose over 1lb to do so, which won't have done him any favours...I can't get that to work with pop ups, spam etc. I'm using...

Good performance by Eubank and did pretty much as he was expected to do.
That said, it pains me to see him throw that left hook so wildly. I don't think I've ever seen him consistently tag someone with it and it leaves him so far off balance. Against a faster opponent, those wild lefts and his low left hand guard will catch him out for sure.
He was having fun in there so maybe wasn't overly bothered but he seems to do it in all of his fights so he needs to make adjustments to his style or he'll be in trouble in the Super 6 tournament.

He looks a world beater to be honest - I think he is as hard as they come as well but we won't see him at his best until someone takes him to a difficult place.
To think he could quite reasonably get back down to middleweight as well without to much difficulty - I would back him against GGG right now. And the uppercuts! does anyone else in world boxing have such a vicious uppercut?
