Another interview with Fury, this time with Big Brown, he's certainly found his charm spell...

I reckon Chisora too. Their last fight was a bit of a battle, but ultimately both were knackered and the least knackered bloke won. Whyte has improved since, whereas Chisora seems to be more focused. Should be a good fight, but I doubt the result will be any different.
Now confirmed.

On PPV of course... the same night as Frampton / Warrington. On PPV.

I wonder what the total cost for watching all the PPV fights that Sky have put on this year would come to...

Both on the same night and both PPV?

The greed is getting ridiculous isn't it? no way is that PPV unless the support card is mega

We used to have about 3-4 PPV per year and we are going to have at least 4 in the 7 weeks before Christmas

Why does Hearn keep scheduling on the same night at Warren rolleyes Makes no sense.

If they put on a joint show, then that would be well worth the watch. Whyte vs Chisora wouldn't be the headliners though. Plus it will never happen.

All this PPV st annoys me.

Hearn is basically sticking it to Warren, going head to head and it's obvious he'll win as he's got 10x the clout and promotional skills regardless of the fighters actually fighting.

The thing is I would rather watch a Hearn PPV than a Warren one. Hearn usually puts on a good well balanced card, while Warren more often than not churns out supporting fights of little interest.

When was this that Hearn put on a well balanced card? 🤔

Taylor vs Martin tomorrow night, one I have been looking forward to for quite a while. Josh Taylor is definitely one of the most talented up and coming British fighter, and one of the few who has the potential to unify his division (I would probably put Joshua Buatsi in the same category but he has not had enough pro fights and is in a tougher division too so has a much harder task).

Martin will be a good test, I think UD or perhaps late TKO.

Should be a great fight either way.

No TV deal unfortunately which is a surprise as Channel 5 have shown most of Taylor's fights so far, the fight is being streamed live (along with a good undercard) on WBSS YouTube channel:

Is The Taylor fight free or do you have to sign up to anything?

Shocking that the broadcasters aren't covering this.

I believe the issue is the WBSS want you to buy the rights to all the season 2 fights and not just pick and choose single fights.

Problem is Cruiserweights will sell well in Europe generally, but there’s no British names or even high profile names to sell to the Brits or Yanks.

Bantamweights will then sell well in Asia but they have little interest in the Cruisers.

It's free to watch, nothing to sign up to.

Might have to log in to YouTube but that's it.

Agree, it's a shame that this is not on TV. WBSS has been great but the promotional side and the way the first seasons were handled (too many PPV's, almost non existent promotion of fights..) has not been good at all.

Do you think Tony Bellew reads this thread? Because he's talking about taking Usyk's soul!

I hate watching Youtube fights. The frame rate is like one of my sons stop motion videos - it makes me feel sick and I have a 40Mb connection.

Even so, Josh Taylor is turning into an outstanding talent, they keep fast tracking him against tricky opponents and he just keeps out classing everyone. I don't know the other guys in the super six that well - is there anyone who is going to give him a challenge?

Regis Prograis is seeded number 1, I expect it'll be josh Taylor and Prograis in the final.

I have only seen Prograis against Flanagan and from that fight I think Taylor is too slick for him.

Yep, possibly, Flanagan is probably the best prograis has faced up to know, although he dispatched indongo in very efficient fashion and Indongo is no mug. Prograis certainly has the edge in tats and self confidence though if you ask me and seems quite keen to end most of his fights ASAP. We'll see, now Ryan Burnett is out I can't see anything but Taylor and Prograis in the final.
