God, it's getting depressing!

Just how bad so things have to get for Quins before we can have an actual proper Director of Rugby instead of a useless, ambitionless numptie?

Every time he appears on screen he looks like he is waiting for a bus.

I see him in the same group of dynamic, go-getting thrusters as Jeremy Corbyn.

It's half time, Quins are 27-10 up, and I'm sat with a pint, merrily roasting in the sun with my lads, looking over at everyone in their jumpers and coats in the shade of the opposite stand...

What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon? biggrin

I dunno, watching Tigers beat Saints from comfort of my sofa with a beer in hand is not bad at all. In all seriousness, what a match!

That was a handy result for Quins as well, looking at who will finish in the top six.

It looks quite good for Quins at the moment in theory, but given that both they and Northampton play Wasps, Exeter and Sarries as their last three games of the season, I wouldn't be totally surprised is Gloucester sneak it!

Don't know how we lost that one frown

Don't think I've ever seen so many high tackles and the only one yellow.
When we played Newcastle at the start of the season Brookes got red carded for the exact offensice that's the tigers guy only got yellow for.

Not sure what happened in the scrum, we were obviously doing something the ref and tg's didn't like as we were getting pinged at every scrum

Great match for a neutral.

Bath will struggle to get top 6 if they dont start finding some form.
Abysmal today. Ford for Burns looks like a decent swap now considering how both played this weekend!
Painful lack of control today but Sarries were back to their normal selves again.

Agree the Northampton Vs Leic game was great for the neutral!

I reckon they're probably safe, not least because Saints and Quins both have to play Sarries, Wasps, Exeter and each other on the run in!

Saracens back on form leading up to the time when it counts...unfortunately.

Nice to get a good performance from Quins at last, outside chance of making it but just not feeling it this year I'm afraid!

I know he is lightweight on the defensive side but with tries like today and especially his first, I've no idea why Wade doesn't make it into the England squad, especially as one of Jones "finishers."

I agree that the high tackle "situation" at the moment is confusing and inconsistent. I see what they're trying to do in order to encourage players to go lower and not risk the tackle sliding up the player, but still there needs to be more consistency (and I actually agree that I thought Tigers were going to get cards for one or two of the tackles, but there we have it!)

Anyway, for me the scrum was where we won the match - Genge was absolutely mighty and had the measure of Brooks from the very first scrum and just got under his skin. Oh, and Owen Williams' kicking helped a bit too!

Great match (for any Tigers fans or impartial fans of Rugby though!!!)

His first try really was just piss poor Worcester tackling unfortunately.

There's a lot to be said for playing rugby on dry pitches, isn't there! Nine tries in total between Wasps & Saints! smile

The neutral in me felt Saints really deserved to win, but the Quins fan in me is grateful to Wasps for that 81st minute try! woohoo

Really was a great weekend of rugby. I was down in Twickenham yesterday and saw a Bath comeback that we so badly needed!

Friday night was a cracking game - even with nothing to really play for.

Northampton probably deserved to win it but as soon as they went ahead they seemed to implode.

I'm beginning to see the benefits in turning it into a summer sport, but winter would then be REALLLLLLLLY long and depressing!

Likewise. The Pests got lucky today. If they continue in this vein they aren't going to make the final game. I see Saracens doing it again especially after the way they blew Quins away yesterday.
