GET IN QUINS!!! woohoo

Never has a loss felt so wonderful!

Mind you, it would be nice to know that Picamoles (I think), was ok? He looked like he was out cold in the last phase of play, and still being treated when everyone else was walking around shaking hands.

Considering the season we've had under Kingston I think a championship place is one heck of an achievement. My wish for a Chiefs/Sarries final isn't going to happen.

Aren't they playing each other in the semi?

I reckon it'll be a Wasps vs Chiefs final, and I reckon Exeter will actually take it.

Mea culpa. Didn't check spelling before posting. I will amend.
Hope Chiefs prevail. Great achievement for a side that was promoted from the championship not that long ago.

to be fair Wasps were effectively one tackle (Tom Varndel) away from oblivion. IIRC relegation at that time would have wiped them out since they were virtually bankrupt at that point so that's a heck of a turnaround

Plus the fact that Dai Young was paying for match day travel and other assorted things out of his own pocket when things hit rock bottom. Add to that a style of play that has seen them score an average of 4 tries per game over the 22 matches played this season and I'll be rooting for them to win the whole shebang.

I've got a lot of time for Dai Young. He's transformed the Pests. He has to be considered as a future Wales coach. Rob Baxter is the other standout in coaching terms in the AP.

I think that's the first time I've walked away disappointed from a win frown just couldn't seem to be able to get over the line at the end for the bonus point.
Picamoles was fine afterwards, he came back out and was walking around the pitch with his kids. I thought it strange that JP didn't stop the game as he was out cold, think that's why your guy turned the ball over so easily

I'd love that to be true, but it's so hard to look past a Sarries side who might be coming off the back of a Heineken Cup win...
