Pick and go, that's the way to do it. There will be players out position in the defensive line.

England need to just be boring to nullify this tactic. Keep it in the 8 pick and go until they start committing people. It's boring, st rugby but it's the only real way to defeat the Italian tactic.

England's defenders did the watching bit really well.
Best description of England's failure.

They were expecting a nice quiet restart with Italy kicking to touch on the restart.

Be quite surprised if the Italians carry on with the "just a tackle" tactic after half time. It relies on England not knowing what's going on, and during the half time talk they should work out the two basic options outlined by JW in the studio and play around Italy's tactic accordingly.

So perhaps another switcheroo is coming from the Italians.

Will this tactic be much like Scotlands lineout try? As in the other teams will be aware and have a tactic for it.

Looks totally bizarre but the effects are amazing! Really enjoying this!

Has anyone seen the tactic used before?

I've been watching rugby for a few weeks now and not seen anything like it.

I think Dallagio said at half time he'd seen a NZ provincial side do it. Once!

Oh!Should have listened. We've got a baby with us and the sound is down.

I reckon that Italy will now hit a few rucks. Hopefully,, Dallagio didn't say the same thing.

Brilliant kick.

LOL! That's *exactly* what he did say - if the Italians wanted to be mischievous!

Great minds you know. However, a bit obvious.

That try was good. More like it.
