Chastening for Ireland today. Started well but I think they began playing a little loose which played into the AB’s hands.

I still think they have it in them to pinch one of the games left.
I’m not too sure.

Personally my game SA v Wales ….. I’m not thinking that game nor the series will go very well.

As a SA work colleague said yesterday there isn’t a dragon roar now it’s a little puff. Puff the magic dragon.
Yes, I think it’s likely to be a tough day at the office for Wales. The only glimmer of hope is that for some reason they tend to pick their game up when playing SA but that’s really clutching at straws..

Re. Ireland, I think there were some positive signs when they kept it tight but throwing it around gave NZ so many opportunities and so much space both of which fed into their strengths. Again, I may be clutching at straws….

England however look good and Australia are going to have to play really well in the second half to win it. I think the score flatters Australia.

well that aged well frown

and again whilst we're not doing poorly we're still not taking our chances - we should have been out of sight but I can see us losing now

England have been bullied by Aus throughout the last quarter. Extraordinary performance from the Wallabies.

I'll whinge even more... the last 10/15 minutes have been one-way traffic. Well deserved Oz there is no doubt the better side won

just to add - how on earth did our man score that?

By 14 men, mostly. It was thoughtful of Vunipola to even it up for a bit, just so it wasn't quite so humiliating.....

positives?

Henry Arundell scored a cracking try in a cameo and got a penalty in 2 touches which is a good return
Freddie Steward continuing to be impressive
Fazlet being quite sharp

negs...

Fazlet leaving his kicking shoes behind
Smith not quite on it (IMO)
Marchent (IMO) a little anonymous
last quarter we just seemed to give up

even I feel sorry for the Welsh frown but I guess it's pressure from the Saffas has caused the mistakes

Why, oh why, did the 9 kick long with 30 secs left?

Utterly superb performance by Wales let down by a brainfart.

He shouldn't be capped again purely for that
