What's really bloody frustrating is Bath coming to Twickenham on April 7th to play Leicester, on the same day that Quins are playing a home match against London Irish just over the road! Surely they could've found somewhere else to play that game, instead of coming and cluttering up our bloody pubs and trains???
Where are you going to park?Last day of the season is no better, as that clashes with the Army Navy game!
Great day at St.James Park yesterday.
Over 30,000 there.
Good to see the Northampton players doing a full lap applauding the crowd at the end, and George North going over the advertising to do some selfies with some fans.
Nili Latu and Evan Olmstead did the same with some people sat next to me.
Hopefully they will play there again.
Up to third.

I've just been reading an article about the recently published injuries report, and it provoked a few questions in my mind...
1. Why are people calling for the legal tackle height to be lowered to help prevent concussion? At first glance, the risk of tackles just below the shoulder riding up might be considered a serious cause of concussion, but reading further down the article suggests that this is not the case. Whilst the tackler and the ball carrier are equally likely to be injured in a tackle, only 19% of injuries to ball carriers are concussion, whereas for the tackler it's 43%. I would imagine that the vast majority of these concussive injuries to tacklers are either from getting the head on the wrong side across the legs or torso of the ball carrier, or taking a knee from a running player. How reducing the height at which they can tackle would reduce these is a mystery to me!
2. Now that there is conclusive evidence that plastic pitches cause significantly more and more severe injuries than grass pitches, will Falcons, Sarries and Wuss be made to rip theirs out and get back to playing on proper surfaces just like everyone else?
3. The burden of injury suffered by England players during England training sessions more than doubled compared to the previous year. A lot of people were putting England's poor performance in the Six Nations down to other teams having "found them out". In light of this report, do people still think that's the case, or were the players just utterly knackered from a Lions season and Eddie's beasting sessions? On the basis that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, will we see England back again next year with the same game plan, but up to pace on fitness and just blowing everyone else off the field, especially in the last 20?

I find that rather hard to believe!
What club in their right mind would decide to press ahead with negotiations with a player being prosecuted for rape?
Shouldn't be an issue no that he's found not guilty. What club in their right mind would decide to press ahead with negotiations with a player being prosecuted for rape?

Not complaining about that one, seems like a reasonable signing but there's some competition on the wing at Exeter with Santiago Cordero, Jack Nowell, Lachie Turner, Olly Woodburn and James Short. not sure if Cordero is staying next season though or whether he was just a short term signing.http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/43535947

Agreed. I don't think he was really joking when said he'd received 1000th stitches in his face last season, tough guy.
Though it might mean his tackle technique is all wrong!
