And if last year is anything to go by you’d have a good chance of topping the table.

I don’t think our predictions were that good early on from memory

I'm starting to get excited. Wales to win today, providing they are sensible enough to play "stick it up the jumper," and force a scrum whenever they can.

Anyone know which France will turn up? It's been too long since I've seen any French flair. My head says Ireland will win, but I'd love to see France play as only the French can.

The only thing with tomorrow's match is how big the margin will be.

I'm worried about the French. Everyone keeps saying that Ireland are favourites and the French are in disarray, but that's probably what has me uneasy

However, do they will have the ability to play with real flair? Their league might suggest they don't, and I can't help thinking it has decimated the national style of play over the last decade or so

I just popped to the shop... Get on it!

Missus is visiting family, Labrador has a cruciate ligament injury (like a proper athlete) so is resting, which means it's booze o'clock!

Roll on a good afternoon of rugby!

Only if the pub hasn't opened wink

Not made it to Paris, but have a Guinness in front of me at the bar in the aforementioned Davy Byrne's. Afternoon of rugby, bring it on! smile

I'm on that too, but the motion looks slightly staccato. Odd.

Maybe I'm just not used to seeing the ball move around so much hehe

This good Wales performance does nothing to help cut down my drinking.

Good to see them trying to sort out the st feeds on the scrum.. Let's hope its not just on the first game, scrums have been largely pointless for a while now.

There's about 5 things that the referees and team managers have agreed to tighten up on, all very sensible and not before time.

Apart from straighter put ins, they are going to be stricter on any backchat to the ref and players in front of the ball at restarts. I forget the others.
