Judo- what do I need to know?

Yes but my dojo has gone more MMA, boxing and Judo combined for attack than for sports or competition.

I'm thinking of joining the Urmston one for pure Judo as a compliment to my work one.

Urmston, Cheadle and the Uni clubs are run by the same chap. Very good.

Tuesday 7:30-9:00 and Thursday 7-9 £5.

Thursday: first hour is teaching, second hour is randori and rolling.
