Dubios v Joyce announced for early April.
I really can't call this one. Should be a good matchup. I think Joyce is underrated as he doesn't pass the eye test, but I suspect he's got a decent chin and isn't going to make mistake. Dubios looks like he should win, but I wonder if it's too much of a leap for him, he's not really been tested yet.

It's a real crossroads fight for the pair of them. Hopefully the undercard will be a good one as I assume it'll be PPV frown

One thing I do know is that the fight will be more exciting than the press conferences!!

Just seen that it's a PPV. That's a shame.

I'm going to buy it. Joyce is a big lump and is there to be hit so I think over 12 rounds we will see Dubois KO him.

I like both fighters, Joyce looked a wee bit fragile last fight, or the one before, got clipped and affected. Dubois seems to have passed his chin checks better. Joyce fights at a decent pace. If this goes past four at Joyce pace, could be an upset.

. Or...dubois starches him...

Yesterday I saw a piece on Sky about Dubois' 19yr old sister.

She's 40-0 as an amateur and looking for an Olympic place at lightweight.

You just needed to add "or it might go to the score-cards" to make you had all all the bases covered hehe

I was just adding the rider you have to add anytime dubois gets in the ring!!

Watched Ben Davidson, David haye, Barry Jones and Richie woodhall describing the upcoming fury/wilder fight. Davidson was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and explained fury tactics and wilders weaknesses really well. Very personable fella

Can't see Joyce being anything other than a heavybag for DD.

He'll soak a lot up then crumble imho - 6 rounds tops and TKO

Im looking forward to the inevitable DD vs Whyte - now that will be a good scrap

Dubois will maul him. Joyce has a good chin and tank but he's slow, easy to hit and lacks power. I think Dubois is going to have to go longer than he did against Gorman but I expect he'll stop him in rounds 6-8

Joyce might be slow, but has a decent work rate. So he might overpower Dubois.

I doubt it. If your tactic is to overpower Dubois it's going to be a short night unless you've got elite power and Joyce doesn't have that. I can't see anything but a win for Dubois here, hopefully he'll be up against Chisora and Whyte after this, those will be fantastic challenges for him.

I actually suspect Del might be a more dangerous fight for him than Dillian

Maybe but Dillian will sit on him in a way DD hasn't had to deal with so far.

I think DD will thrive on the kind of heat Dillon brings. Whyte is eminentley hittable. Del boy is too but that rolling weaving destitute man's Joe Frazier is a style DD hasn't faced yet. I always feel Del boy has one more throw in him, he seems oblivious to fear, common sense or reputation, yet his inconsistency has held him back. As fun as they are, him and whyte are now gatekeepers.

I think DD is slightly crouched down, he's listed as 6'5" whilst Joyce is 6'6". That photo must have been taken just as DD shoved Joyce.

Yarde made a very under the radar come back last night

I understand you can't challenge for a WBO title off the back of a loss, so this was to ensure that didn't happen

No views on Kell Brook's return to the ring?

Thought he looked comfortable as he worked through the gears but then I don't know too much about the quality of his opponent.

Is that right, the bloke who he fought had over 40 losses on his record?

That's a disgrace if true. No wonder it went under the radar, his team must have been too embarrassed to promote out.

Yeah he looked good but I think the opponent he has was pretty rubbish. A lot of heart but not a lot of skill. Good to see Kid Ghalahad back and winning, too. Thought he was unlucky to lose to Warrington and should have been given a rematch.
