Won't post spoilers until later but the Navarette vs Diaz fight last night was a cracker. Good to see Berlanga going past the first round on the undercard, too.

Sokolowski has just been robbed against prospect Adeleye.

Sokolowski is a much better boxer than his record suggests. And he made Adeleye look very average.
Shocking

Disappointed with the BT pundits didn’t expand upon ‘it was a close fight’. I expected David haye to be more honest

The BT commentary team where honest enough to call it a Sokolowski victory, but the pundits and Mr Warren fudge it with the ‘close fight’ nonsense

Shame on the referee, if I was a foreign fighter I would oppose having Marcus McDonnell as a referee.

lomachenko's next fight announced....26th june

cracking match up... what happens when you can't get teofimo lopez back in the ring for love nor money??? fight the guy that (in my opinion) should have got the nod against lopez a couple of years ago in masayoshi nakatani.....

only worry is that the guy is fking huge.. touching 6 foot and can bang big time.

On this, I haven't seen the fight but reading you guys it is patently obvious. Will anything happen ? Is it an unwritten rule that the victim just keeps the head down and gets on with it ?

There’s no real avenue of appeal for a contest at this level.

Haye and co were quick enough to jump on Dubois for 'bottling it', their words not mine, then sit virtually silent and watch this robbery take place before their eyes without a peep. Terrible, I expect more from Haye.

And too much protest will close doors
Your either a journeyman or a babyface in boxing

On a separate note, caught up on this YouTube channel with some Aberdeen based pros such as Alan Kenny fighting in Ghana

https://youtu.be/iCHh2FfU1ig

I think prince Patel fought on the same card

I've tried to search. But nothing came up....maybe because it's not very big news

But Chris Eubank Jnr is retiring after his next fight to take up full time pro poker. Good luck to him

Id say Haye is struggling for cash and has to tow the party line on BT for fear they'll dump him. He seems to be pimping the Chisora fight big time also. Cant see Chisora getting too many more of these type fights

I see Fury is out calling Eddie a W****r. Eddie wants the Canelo gig full time so hes hedging his bets to be fair to him.

Only if you pay for it biggrin

TBH I will watch it on Youtube the following day, only to see one of the Paul brothers get schooled.

Mayweather is getting a bit embarrassing now, much like the debacle with that Irish chap.

I really can't see him bothering to train for it. Sad for the sport, but money trumps all.

It would be hilarious if he suffered his first defeat against a YouTube person. Quite a risk to the legacy to take on these fights.

Logan is a lot bigger / taller and whilst he should have no chance in landing anything clean on Mayweather, he still has a puncher's chance.

Pretty much this. At the end of the day, it's entertainment - and they won't be the first or last to do a 'freak show' contest which captures the attention of the public. Overall, the Paul brothers are prats, but they both know how to promote a fight - professional boxers could learn a lot from them.
