I can relate to that, as that closely echoes the end to my own golfing days due to a similar injury back in the mid 90's after having played on a regular basis for 20 odd years since age 11.What a magnificent golf course. Fine if you play it from fairways and hit greens, a monster if you miss them.

He's got a lot of time thinking about it till the tee off. As long as he just sticks it down the fairway on the first to get rid of the expectation shackles, then he has a good chance.
