Do they though. We batted a bit st the other day and made 165. This is 157 and already below 8 an over.
Not sure its high pressure. I mean we have hit 400+ before.
Nice up from Kohli, but we are already 40/1 after 5 overs. Right on track
The 400+ score was in an ODI surely? Our record for T20 is like 240ish.Not sure its high pressure. I mean we have hit 400+ before.

Very well batted from England today, I've missed most of this tour sadly, but I'll get to watch Saturdays game, looking forward to it already.
Like other forms of cricket, T20 obviously does depend on the pitch/conditions and quality of the bowling and batting. Most T20 games I've watched end up with innings totals between 120 and 170. Delhi Capitals did manage a 228 last season though. I thought 150ish would've been a good score on that pitch and Kohli did put a lot on at the end, which I thought would've been a decent total (the rest of the Indian batting line up were quite poor though).
Obviously I didn't know Buttler was going to go absolutely bonkers and smash the ball to all parts, the game was almost over by the time I got back to watch the last three or four overs.

No close contests yet, its been a thrashing (on the BBC when England win) and a Crushing (on the BBC when India won) 8 wickets and 7 wickets, no tight finishes.
