Oh well there’s always the ODIs to try and salvage some pride.

I don't think England disgraced themselves here, they stated from the outset that they weren't concentrating on the T20s.

As to the game we were outplayed with bat and ball. Buttler and Malan were great, but simply had too much to do, even at the start the rrr was about 11 an over so it was a big ask.

Anyone watching India pile on the runs whilst England drop catches ?

Moeen back in the team... dear god.

Moeen 3 overs for 28 runs. Right back into the groove then.

India will have be unhappy if they don't post 300 here, given the start they had. Need to go now, 10 an over if they want to make it.

I don't have Sky Sports so I'm watching matches on a Sky Go app in my laptop (donated by my loving daughter). I saw all the T20s but today the blasted thing refused to connect. I've resorted to commentary on Cricbuzz and I'm missing the runfest. B*gger!

Can anyone explain how T20 suddenly became T201, and why ?

Then we'll have a debate on whether our rotation policy makes sense.

Still ahead of the run rate, but we can't really afford any more wickets at this stage.

Should never have lost that. An amazingly strong start no runs per over pressure for the rest of the batters good track to bat on. You couldn’t have asked for more. Very disappointing.

Crazy, and disappointing. They just threw it away after such a great start to the innings.

That was an outrage, should never have lost from those first 10 overs, cant fault the openers it was the middle order who buckled

Strewth. The boxing equivalent of that would be knocking a bloke down then helping him up on the count of eight.

Ben Stokes, Eoin Morgan and Jos Buttler really lost that for England, by the time Moeen came in to bat there was too much to do. Deeply unimpressive, I suspect they're all holding back for the start of the IPL.

Well Eoin Morgan's out of the 2 remaining matches with a hand injury, and Sam Billings with an injured collar bone, Liam Livingstone in, poss Dawid Malan also

Would Malan do at No 3 or 4, just to steady the ship a bit. Stokes is off form a bit at present. Shame we don't have Root for those sweep shots to the boundary.

Arguably one for the juvenile things that make you snigger, but from the cricinfo comms:
"Kohli has often come across the stumps this innings" hehe
