Not really anything to discuss as yet.
Tyson Fury saying something doesn’t have any relation to wether or not it happens.

oh mate, she was getting interviewed while i was with toney then andre ward was there so i went over to him.. next thing you know she was on a little golf cart and gone!

antonio tarver was proper sound to chat to but let me tell you this... miguel cotto is very much in real life like he was in the boxing ring.. one scowling, scary, miserable bd!laugh he just seemed really put out by everything/everyone.. wouldn't take photos etc...

was gutted wlad wasn't there but his video link speech was cool... mayweather's verbal hot st was in full flex mode as you'd expect.. we were all treated to finding out his monthly profits on his property company!

Haha she’s one of the real pioneers of the womens side of the sport, too
Much hype atm saying it’s down to katie Taylor.

Not enough respect on holly, Christie Martin, Anne Wolfe etc, not forgetting Jane couch in this country too.

All that money this money that bull doesn’t wash with me, I’ve never really taken to mayweather and I don’t think he’d ever sit well against any of the 4 kings.

Of the fighters I’ve met Frampton, Mcrory, Nicky piper and maccarenelli stand out. Generally interested in what you had to stay and seemed to have a real love for the sport too.

How insecure does he have to be given all his success to be discussing his businesses at an event like this.

It’s all waffle …..doesn’t have half of what he claims. He harps on about smart investments , when he was just throwing up the wall ….div. Not to mention it definitely doesn’t make you a relatable person .

May weather shouldn’t have been admitted into the IBHOF imo. Knocking women around should exclude him, regardless of his boxing career, he is not a man that should be celebrated.

anne wolfe and christy martin were there too!.. also, a yorkshire woman called barbera buttrick was inducted... 92 and still going strong!!!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbara_Buttrick

guys like ward, toney, marquez just milling about.. mayweather had about 12 fking security goons round him on the rare occasion he was present (didn't attend the fist casting etc etc).. he literally showed up last minute for the parade, spoke at the dinner on the saturday night turning on the waterworks, then spoke at the induction ceremony the next night and spoke about the other inductees in a fairly condescending manner before breaking into chat about how he is the best that's ever done it, and the best that there will ever be!.. oh yeah, then the detailed breakdown of the monthly profits of his property empire..

i was at a sportsmans dinner in newcastle with ricky hatton and nicky piper.. afterwards i was in the bar and on the table next to me was piper... i ended up moving onto his table and we spoke at length about the history of the sport, his biggest fights etc.. by about midnight he said he had to get to bed to catch a flight the next morning as he was ringside commentating on the lewis/tyson fight!

Indeed, his mates after are all like "what did you do that for" lol. Absolutely no issue from my perspective and I did doors for 5 years and was a very special constable for another 5. I've watched the vid about 20 times, its a beautiful pre-emptive strike.

Shame that the bald ginger guy only felt capable of challenging the skinny Asian lad rather than having a pop at Francis.

If there's a better and more exciting fighter on the planet than Beterbiev right now, I'd like to see him.

Just fantastic. I don't think you'll see Canelo calling this guy out.

Complete destruction from start to finish. Really need to see him fight Bivol now.

That will be an intriguing match. Bivol has the balance, footwork and patience to make it an interesting fight (and let's be honest, Joe Smith's technique is crude in comparison). But would Bivol be prepared to commit to his shots to get Beterbiev's respect? I doubt it. I think that fight would be Beterbiev on points.

But if I was Bivol, I think I might wait for Canelo, or take an easier fight in the interim (maybe Buatsi, Yarde or Johnson), and then Canelo, and take Beterbiev after that.
