£500k, a nice little earner too cool

Epic game of darts, right up there with Barney v Taylor 2007.

Bonus was Mardle losing his voice laugh

Yeah the clip of the 9 darter when it’s a split screen with the commentary team is epic.

Great win for the Bully Boy, I didn't give him a prayer against MVG but he proper beat him!!

No stupid gurning or histrionics for the cameras every time he scored heavily like so many of them do. Loved him running off the stage to share the moment with his family too....

While not World Championship, Fallon Sherrock became the first women's PDC darts player to hit a 9 dart finish in a PDC tournament

Ridiculous the amount of fragile egos who were calling it fake as there's no video of it (because it was a non televised floor tournament).

It's not surprising. Fallon has proved on a number of occasions that she can hold her own. She came within a gnats cock of beating MvG in a televised event final, so why can't she throw a 9 dart finish?

She will continue to improve and I hope she manages to win a PDC major.

Ditto. I was there when she beat Mensur at the Worlds, atmosphere was unreal, fingers firmly crossed we see her again this year.

Is this the only Darts thread ?

Did anyone else just see the Gerwyn Price v Danny Noppert match ?

Without too many spoilers if you want to watch later , but what a comeback and Price missed a "9" with the last dart of the leg .

At last! The draw is being done live on Sky Sports at 1630 on Monday!! Fingers firmly crossed, over my two days I'd die a happy man if I could see Barney, Fallon and Wade. I lucked out massively one year seeing both Barney and Phil in his final year......even got a high five from Phil on the walk on.

@mods are you able to amend the thread title to 2023/2024?

Humphries will win it this year, The form he is in makes him unbeatable at the moment.
Josh Rock should go far, but still doesn’t have the right mental strength to win it, Stephen Bunting should also have a good run this year as well..
It’s a pity Beau Greaves has decided not to play, the money she will win for winning the women’s competition is probably to much for her to turn down.
