If I’m wearing my fleece half-zip, I just keep it in the little side-breast pocket but I’ve also just clipped it onto the brolly loop on my bag and it’s been spot-on...

Three goals for me this year:

1) Get my swing back - things started to click on my last few range sessions of 2022 but I've been a couple of times this week and it's all gone to pot
2) Break 100
3) Get an official handicap

Sim 2 driver and 3, callaway hybrid, got a 17deg ping 2 iron somewhere,old faithful mizuno mp 5 wood, few putters, p770/p790 blended irons then summer/ winter wedges...

He changes it each week for me, i do an hour each week with him, but it varies week to week, but below will give you an idea of the sort of exercises we do.
It's more of a full body workout, so an exercise or 2 for each body region, rather than a targeted workout for each body part.

Day to day at the gym i will do say an arms/legs/chest/shoulder or back day.

Some of the exercises he has me doing:

3 x 12

Goblet squat
Bent over rows with a barbell (can't remember the name of those)
Bird dog rows
Supernations
Seated dumbell shoulder press
Plank extensions with an inflatable ball (no idea what these are called either)
Dumbbell lunges
Chest press
Hammer curls
Deadlifts with this weird bar you stand in the middle of
Core work.
Various different cable exercises

He does online plans too with an app with video demonstrations for all workouts.

There's loads of others but i can't remember the names of them.

I've also just purchased the sexiest carry bag I've ever seen:

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the carry bag i had before, but i've loved that bag ever since i first laid eyes on it.

I also didn't pay anywhere close to retail on it.

My bag is in the boot of the car, but am off to the range tomorrow so will grab a quick snap. It's currently got in it

Nike Method 003 Putter (from The Oven, Nike's old skunk works where they made all the pros clubs. Look for a picture on Wikipedia of Carly Booth and you'll see my putter)
Nike Vapor bag

I've also got a 2 iron (Nike Vapor Fly Pro a la Koepka and Final) and a 60 degree wedge (another TM Tiger grind) that get swapped in and out depending on conditions/mood.

All quite old now except the TM stuff, but I love it and have no interest in changing. Currently I think I'm better investing in more lessons than chasing the odd yard or two off the tee.

Like a nike!! x3 unitized and 1 method putter in my lot above...

Are you clubs insured in your car? Mate of mine had his car broken into in wimbledon( keyless entry) and clubs were pinched..he was lucky to claim on his policy as most don't cover car thefts...
Reckon a good set of photos stored away will be handy if ever the worst happened!

Premium materials make it a little heavy but carrying is a nice workout...was looking at one of these but not got any titleist kit so didn't buy it

My clubs are also in my car, does anyone else struggle to fit their bag in?



I can’t be bothered to go the the garage and get them out as it’s tipping it down but they are:

Taylormade M2 driver (being replaced soon)
Taylormade Sim 2 3 wood
Taylormade Sim 5 wood
Cobra Radspeed 21 degree Hybrid
Cobra Radspeed Irons 5-GW
Vokey SM9 54 degree wedge, D grind
Taylormade MG2 58 degree wedge
Oddesey stroke lab One putter

Quite looking forward to the driver fitting as the M2 is 12 degrees and just goes too high for me. The rest of the bag I’m pretty happy with. I also very rarely hit my three wood, I do contemplate why I carry it.

M2 (2017) are legendary..only changed mine for my sim 2. Asked our pro for one when he was throwing out ex demos after stealth came along...think it was £250 custom fitted with a hazrdus hulk shaft from memory...
