You've seen how he coached Leicester to a title?Given the time he's had with them, and the obvious issues to be addressed, it's way too early to expect a sea change in tactics or accuracy. There's already evidence of a faster pace to the game ("LQB") although execution is lacking. Scotland playing with a lot of confidence, as they should.
well that's that then there are some good glimpses in attack (possibly Nick Evans' influence?) but Sinfield must be tearing his hair out, there have been some pretty soft tries (though Scotland have still had to have the wherewithal to take the opportunities)
