There's a lot more where they came from

www.liverpoolfc.tv/lfc_story/quotes.htm

"That's Liverpool grass, son... LIVERPOOL grass"

Tommy Smith ( on showing extensive bruising and stud marks which had straifed his shins): Ey, Boss, My legs are done in

Bill: Christ, son, they are'nt YOUR legs... They're LIVERPOOL's legs

and the inimitable.... "I'm just one of the people who stands on the kop. They think the same as I do, and I think the same as they do.... It's a kind of marriage of people who like each other." Bill Shankly on the fans

3. Exeter City - place of birth

Along with me, Antony Moxey and Sumner7 as well.

And me Bournemouth fan first and foremost though.

5 Grecians on here then. Haven't checked back through all the posts on this thread, but isn't that more than anyone else here (although there seem to be a few Liverpool fans, too)?

And me too! (also support Liverpool - they're supposed to make up for Exeter's slight lack of success!)

Accrington Stanley??

Is the AS ground having any work done to it, I remember the game vs Chester back in April 04, and I was nasty stood on the end terrace at the away end in the rain.

Anyway, welcome back to the Football League, hope you have a good season.

Birmingham City my whole life.

Didn't manage to get to a game until 04/09/1993, Derby County at home 3-0 win.

Suffered in agony ever since.

Six of you? Not enough! But then probably your best turn out for the coming season

Still under the illusion you are a big club too!

Go on, guess

Although we have no manager and have sold most of our good players so I predict another season of mid-table championship mediocrity. Ho hum, at least we have some local derbies this year
Would you settle for 7th (again) ?
I guess I would (sad to say) but I really don't see us challenging this season unless there are some amazing youth team players who nobody has heard about.

Bloody Moxey is running the club into the ground, he refused to invest when we went up, we didn't use the parachute payments for anything and now they have gone we are told that the budget has to be slashed - hence the sale or release of our best players.
'Tis a bit much, waiting all those years to go up and then go down again the next year. I have a better excuse for following the Wolves than sheer masochism though - my dad played between the sticks for them for a couple of matches many moons ago, so can't really follow anyone else.

If anyone's got a few good players too many that they wouldn't mind lending out, we'll give them back in one piece, honest.

Incase you havn't spotted the name of the club as the centre peice of the Main St, I support Rangers FC

*Please note this is not Glasgow Rangers FC - Thats what the twits at UEFA decide to call us when we play in Europe.

To guage how stupid this is just think of 'Liverpool Everton FC', catch my drift

Aaah thought a scummer would appear eventually

6 is still more than you've got on here so far and as for the Turks they'd love 6 supporters.

I'd rather be a lone voice on here and let the other 16000 do the singing at Home Park rather than coercing the entire home suport to sing up to PH

Do you get to Sid James park very often then?

Remember watching Manure playing at Exeter and the fans chanting 'Are you watching plymouth?' you had to listen very carefully because there weren't very many of you Anyway, why should we be watching? You are a sad little non league club with no money and no prospects. I suppose you all think the result at the weekend signifies a Conference storming season then? I really can't wait .

All joking aside, good luck for the new season

16k?? You wish. And I bet every single one of them will swear blind that they were regulars when you were getting 3k in division four not so many years ago when we regularly used to beat you home and away <smirk>....
