Spot The Scum fan

Moores has been a good chairman, but it's time to move on. I'd like him to still have a role at the club, and if honest would have preferred the new owners to be British, but there aren't many who can afford to splash £450m+.

I pray we don't go the Chel$ki route of splashing the cash every which way, with a pile of in-it-for-the-money mercenaries joining the squad.

An interesting few weeks lay ahead...

Owned by someone who makes Abramovich look like a pauper. How embarasing.

If their heads int he right place and its ran primarily for the sport then it should be ok, commercialy LFC has been pretty shabbily run compared to other clubs, considering its worldwide support.

If its hard nose business looking for a return (in football?) I'd rather not.

Think will be great for the club as getting left behind financially, tho still managing to win Euro and FA Cups. New ground, a few new players and Rafa can really show em how good he is.
Unlike the Manc b****** money will be spent to keep our brilliant fans happy, not on keeping the Yanks and the prawn sandwich brigade happy.

Gillet on speaking to Stevie and Carra :

"They were also clear with their views on the stadium. They made us aware the sound, the energy and the passion that Anfield provides needs to be incorporated into the design of the new stadium.
They were the three messages they wanted us to hear and we heard them loud and clear."

That'll do for me then, I've been scared stiff of sitting in some cappy bowl with no atmosphere.

With the RTK in full swing we should be OK.
