Would he bother coming back? UFC is going to pay him ~$2 million/fight. It's not worth it when you compare it to the Mayweather payday.
What will that be?

Popularity in the UK would be helped by UFC not being on a pay channel.
Just feels like UFC management is prety stupid.
I get my UFC news mostly with Joe and Brendan's chats now.

I've said for the last 18 months that the UFC is on borrowed time, as much as Dana has done and as much as the sport owes him he's made some bad decisions and the corporate dollars are too wise to follow him down a hole.
Which are bad decisions?

IMpressed that Angle can still go, considering his body is held together with string and copper wire.

Uncle Dana wanted a superfight, a champion on champion.

Good fight, OK card but Beast/Predator was horrific. Brock needs to dial back the PEDs.

246 pounds DC weighed in. Heavier than Stipe (242.5lbs) Surprisingly.
those are two big boys.

so for a title defence of the lhc, he'd gonna have to get down to 205. I find the whole cutting thing a bit silly. I wonder if Dana will allow sufficient time for scheduling title defences.

I had to search those names, in the old days that would be Magnum PI impersonators, Don Frye and Dan Severn.

As DC said, khabib takes the insults personally, he’s from a completely different culture. Mcgregor needs to wind his neck in with the insults. Something like this was always going to happen.
I think there's elements to both sides here.
Dana wants the UFC to be the WWE, so he uses the same promo beats, and the UFC is an AMerican culture.
Kabib comes from a different culture, but he's now in the UFC. He should remember that. Having said that, the likes of mcgregor should take into account they're dealing with someone who isn't reading from the same script, or at least, he can see the dialogue but not the subtext and stage directions.
having said that, the ufc shouldn't be a circus, but it shouldn't throw the baby out with thebathwater and get rid of all razzamatazz, it's a fine line.

From watching the video, Conor jumps up on the cage, then the other fella jumps up, and as he has both hands still on the cage, conor pops him first.

I think trying to pretend COnor is still a champ after this defeat would help end the cashcow quick, and not in Dana'a favour.
