Some really good fights on the undercard.
Cowboy has always reacted badly to significant strikes to his face. After those shoulders it was always gonna end badly
White has already said, before the fight, that Conor is next for the winner of Khabib v Ferguson.
So Khabib vs Mcregor 2 then. Cowboy has always reacted badly to significant strikes to his face. After those shoulders it was always gonna end badly

A bit of nonsense, neither Donald or Conor are ranked at welter weight and if that's anything but cowboys last fight I'll be very surprised. Very silly nonsense, Conor has to fight again, someone ranked at welter, within a few months to have any justification for this. If he goes back to lightweight, where he is ranked, he'll have to prove himself before he gets a shot at the champ, or he should.
Didn't he call out the other Irish fella who was on the commentary team? A big showdown in Dublin perhaps? I was watching 'Notorious' yesterday and when he fought in Dublin years ago he was looking out of his hotel window at the rugby stadium I think it was and saying how he hoped to fight there one day.

It would of been Croke Park, its very rare for them to let anything other than GAA be held there, think they had boxing once. g4ry13 said:
Cerrone should have hung up the gloves a long time ago. It was really a bit of a sham last night which didn't tell us much about Conor.
Put him up against someone good and see how he does. Masvidal should go for a title fight against Usman if it's offered.
Don't agree Cerrone is past it. He beat Al Iaquinta last May. Put him up against someone good and see how he does. Masvidal should go for a title fight against Usman if it's offered.

Goat. Three KOs at different weights
Just kidding, of course
When the KOs have been against Alvarez and Cowboy, any claim of any kudos is false. Kudos for the aldo KO. That was special
The man is a marketing genius. Double kudos to that. But the idea he's a great fighter, just no.
Marketing genius certainly. He's also a great fighter. He may not necessarily be the best, but he is a great fighter.Just kidding, of course

It would of been Croke Park, its very rare for them to let anything other than GAA be held there, think they had boxing once. You can only beat what's in front of you. I'd have taken Cerrone to beat Connor 18months ago or so, but he looked old, shell-shocked and fragile in there the other night. But, knowing Cerrone as I think I do, of he got beat up like that, it's because Connor was the better man. Few men are more honest in victory of defeat, and few have left more of their heart and soul in the cage over the years than Donald. I thought he may have another big victory in him, but Connor jumped on him and he never recovered. Good, clean win against a dangerous oponent to take after such a long lay off. I don't like Mcgregor, but fair play to him. He looked strong, sharp and on it. I wonder how it might have played out had it gone past two, Connor never too happy in the later rounds even against the lighter weights. But we don't know. Because he did business. Credit where it's due
