I posted a request for goodwood revival tickets on pistonheads a few days ago.
I was contacted by a guy by text who called himself Matthew Dunford.
He offered 4 tickets for the Friday, and sent picture of the tickets. Wanted £200 plus £5 for special delivery.
Many texts later he wanted to see a screenshot of the transfer to his bank then he would post them to me.
Needless to say nothing ever arrived.
His telephone no.07520628803.
His bank account details
Acc.10536445
Sort code 09.01.29 Santander Bank.

It's a scam, do not be caught like me.

My name is Brian.

Have you reported this to the police? Plus have you got hold of Goodwood? As they may be able to trace the chap.

Going to Goodwood was OONNLLYY an idea. So they know what people are doing and conning people out.

I was reffering to Brian for contacting the GP, as he is a victim of fraud.

That’s why I always look at post count on PH. I got contacted by email from PH to someone offering me tickets the other month they’d been a member a few years but never/rarely posted I decided to decline and await a more longstanding member to assist.

Same thing happened to myself and a few forum members a year or so ago, Action Fraud and Northampton police resolved the case after a few months.
