I'm not holding my breath,

you have a very valid point, it really has been unbelievably wet in the UK.
Im on the top of the North Downs and I don't think I have ever remembered the fields so saturated frown

Last year, Fast Estate Sunday was a real wash out, but they still pressed on. It was great and had an old school feeling, thanks to the lack of crowds.

I waltzed straight up to the van for a breakfast bap hehe

I have “Site” which tbh I prefer as at least there won’t be as many people around the car (ok not many people will know what it is anyway!) Just didn’t want to have to park in a field with the risk of getting stuck. I’ve pretty much avoided Goodwood Sundays for the last couple of years as they have got too busy with a less “careful” audience as opposed to who used to go along at the beginning. Hopefully it will run. I used to have a Gen 2 Disco V8, that would have been ideal!

Shirley, most visitors to Vee Sunday would be familiar with Lexus' answer to the M5? I imagine there won't be too many, however.

I was hoping to attend but the GT40 got refused, something about too many applications that better meet the theme.

Never mind maybe next year... (if I cut the mustard)

When did you apply? Seems odd not to let a GT40 in.

I didn’t register until the 7th January so maybe I was a bit slow and they’ve already got a GT40.

Fingers crossed for next time

I don't think it's that - I'm pretty sure I registered later than that, and mine definitely won't be the only McLaren there!

Regarding the earlier comments about possible cancellation - really hope they don't. I've delayed some work on my car purely so I can use it on the 1st.
