Like many I guess, I wasn't too sure what to make of the new bridge when it was first announced. But I have to admit it made a big difference for me - being able to watch the build-up in the assembly area, and then whipping over the bridge to watch the actual race was fantastic. I've always loved watching the cars assemble (there's a real buzz around the place), but you did feel a bit 'trapped' there, as you knew it could take forever to get back over the other side to watch.

And on a separate note, does anyone else have 1950s/1960s ad jingles ringing in their ears for days after the Revival? Maybe I was standing too close to the loudspeakers, but it's driving me mad... (first in flavour, first in flavour....)

The new bridge was a great addition and the viewing from the infield there (with almost no crowds all day) was awesome.

Cut out the trek to the pedestrian tunnel just to get into the infield.

id you report them at the time? There were stickers all over them with a number to call and a reference to quote. That would have been much more useful for everyone rather than posting on a forum after the event ....

For what it's worth they were fine when I used them (on Friday). smile
Yes, we did report it. It isn’t “either” report it or post on a forum confused
