Blimey, that's a lot eek

Well done on the phone call though, thanks!

Might be worth considering, it only works out 35 quid a pitch

Assuming you can pile 4 people into your car and all fit in one tent! I was planning on taking the Tiv!

Sorry for the late reply , we have been busy upgrading parts of the site
ready for the summer.

I have reserved you a space for the 6th of july , it is £12 per night ,
thats it ! nothing else to pay except your showers as and when you need
them.

Please let me know if you do not require this pitch asap.

Ive camped at that site for the last 4 years. Its very good but very limited. Best to book it as soon as the tickets come on sale. Its also an ideal location to watch the carnage when the carpark tries to empty after a little bit of rain!!! slidy slidy slidy up the hill -brilliant entertainment.

yes you can get a bus from here to goodwood ,
however you will have to change buses at Chichester station , you should
ring them to confirm times ect.

CHICHESTER BUS STATION 0845 121 0170

EMAIL : Enquiries.south@stagecoachbus.com

We operate a service from Chichester train Station for the Festival of Speed at Goodwood.

The buses depart from 0830 half hourly until 1200 then return from 1530 half hourly until 1900.
These timings are approximate dependant on traffic and police controls. We do not have the fares for June as yet but the fare was £4.00 return last year. I would recommend that you check the details nearer the time. Please let me know if you need any further information please let me know or call the travel line on 08451 210170.

I think the offsite one is probably a better bet, especially for a 3 night stay. If I remember rightly from last year, the temporary one at Goodwood doesn't have permanent loos and showers and the nearest pub/civilisation is a fair way away. The rhf site will involve a drive in the mornings but its not too far so an early arrival should beat most of the queues.
