Just me and the missus. I decided it would be sensible to get this booked early; leaving it to the last minute would be a mistake.

Sorry Guys, Only just seen this thread, If you still want cheep camping close to venue try Cartahagna farm, its about 10 miles south of goodwood PO207jy
01243 512584 closest i could find other than Goodwood itself which wanted £180.00 for the 3 days. Thinks its about £4.00 a night and there is a pub about 2 miles up the road.

Steve.

There is a farm about 3 miles from Goodwood that does camping and B&B:

If you speak them they don't mind groups.

We stayed at cartahegna farm last year, even though it p----d with rain it was a fun drive to campsite and although it was'nt advertised there is a real nice pub dead opposite that served a good hearty meal. Site is very basic has toilets and showers, not bad for £7.00 a tent. Have booked again this year aswell. Anybody going clockwise around m25 want to meet for rest of drive down then there is few of us meeting at lakeside services about 7.00-7.30am saturday morning if your intersted.
