Forecast for tomorrow (when I'm going) is 2mm of rain for the whole day, which sounds nice
Am braving it and taking the Exige. Uh oh.
You miss-read - it's 2mm or rain per minute, all day. Take the Sunseeker instead. Am braving it and taking the Exige. Uh oh.
I wasn't sure weather to take the family saloon or the sports car, then I realised I only have a family saloon, so will be taking that.
I won't however be taking the nipper along - managed to secure accommodation for him for the day with the in-laws
I've just got back from Goodwood and the ground inside the venue and in the car parks is drying out nicely. We had a few spots of rain today, but nothing significant and it was fairly windy this afternoon which should help to dry the ground out even further. There is plenty of roadway down in the site as well. The car park was a dream to get out of.
It was so dry that the Porsche Cayenne driving experience had a water bowser out to wet the field so they could manage the power slides in the 'mud'.
