Goodwood Breakfast Club Question
Discussion
It's free to anyone who wants to come and have a good look round some fantastic cars. It's subsidised to an extent by us GRRC members subscriptions. It's a good platform to show off what the Goodwood estate has to offer, from the horse racing to the aero club and of course the FOS and revival meetings. All publicity is good publicity especialy in these harsh economic times.

Hi again, Anyone know what time it starts on Sunday? - I've looked on the Goodwood website but I couldn't find it. Cheers.
You'll need to be getting there around 9 or earlier for this one as it will be popular. When you say do you peer over the perimeter fence I'm not sure what you're expecting. There's no running on the track, it's static display in front of the pits and a nice display of cars in the paddocks and parking areas. Plus bacon baps and butties... afaik it isn't. Nothing to do with the GRRC. It's organised by the Motor Circuit team.Don't hold your hopes too high regarding availability of breakfast at all. On the couple of occasions where I have been there, it has been so busy that getting a cup of the proved too cumbersome. You might not want to set the expectations too high and sell it as a sunday brunch venue to wife and kids - which it is most certainly not.
Also another reminder. If you get there early and manage to get a parking spot inside the track don't expect to be able to get out of there before mid day.

I was going to mention that but thought I'd steer clear. There was a thread on the GRRC Members forum about vegetarians and I flippantly said order a full English but hold the bacon & sausage - I got put in my place good and proper so I came away with the distinct impression that veggies don't have a sense of humour Fact is that I'd have thought breakfast was one of the easiest vegetarian meals - indeed this morning I've just had scrambled eggs and beans on toast. But as has been said, it's usually more of a bacon or sausage bap so I guess a fried egg sandwich off one of the vans would work, but then I'd get told that's not "proper" veggie, there I go again. think I'll just shut up

Yes! Veggies can be a funny bunch. Luckily my misses isn't a 'meat is murder' kind of veggie so i don't get preached at. She simply doesn't like the stuff. Just wondered what the food situation was like as it's going to be a fair drive there and back (from Cardiff).Family Guy said:
