My friend in his Atom and myself in a VX220 Turbo aborted our journey from the Midlands as the weather was atrocious and part of the fun was the road-trip to Goodwood.

Really annoyed that we couldn't make it.

Hope the weather holds at Goodwood.

Checked BBC weather and it said heavy rain all morning so didn't bother setting the alarm.

Same here. Checked a load of weather web sites last night and all said heavy rain so decided to give it a miss.

Hope the weather holds for those that did make the trip, and look forward to plenty of pic's.

Amazing weather. left from West london c.6.30, dreadful.
Stopped for brekky on the A3 and grey skies, rain stopped. Arrived at goodwood and blue skies all morning except maybe 1 little shower!

Good turnout, I'd guess around 50-60% compared to last year.

Well done to all who braved it, and the rest of you are a bunch of lightweights!!
