The White Ferrari and motor home belong to JK, he had a Black Audi R8 parked one side and the ferrari the other

Superb Goodwood once again - such an amazing mix of sights and sounds and as my fifth time, I continue not to be disappointed. Highlights included standing behind the only XJ13 Jaguar as it started up (epic noise), being able to get so close to so many wonderful historic racers (Maserati 250F a personal favourite) and lunch at the Kennels with good friends.

"Strangelights" included seeing Horatio Pagani in the VIP car park area (close to JK's motorhome above) doing a cheeky pee on a fence just next door to a Veyron!! All part of the Goodwood mix smile

One of the highlights for me was to get up close to this emaculate 1965 £1.1 million Ford GT40 chasis no 1018

Charby has aged REALLY badly, also, that is the same suit he wore on the grid at the GP.

should I mention standing next to Sandra Bullock????? babe.......

on a car note I met and shook the hand of Horatio Pagani, he kindly signed a poster of the 'R' as well, star. Dont think many peeps recognised him

watching the bloke from Citroen chase Jay Leno all around the Citroen GT was funny,,,,,big bonus in his eyes me thinks

only disappointing thing has been learning that the Focus RS had a modded exhaust...thats cheating

I was lucky enough to get a lift down the hill on Saturday evening in the 1931 Bugatti Type 50 - which raced in Le Mans. The car was a "bruiser" - Bentley-esque with rear seats and Royale style (as opposed to spoked) wheels. Number 5 on the radiator.
Does anyone have any photographs of the car - particularly on the run down the hill?

Many thanks

I took a load of snaps of the historic pre war batch. I'll have a looky see if I've got one of that car for you.

Judging by all the signs, I'm going to hazard it was in the Bonhams Auction area hehe

It was the Bonhams auction rooms behind the house, we always get a sneak peek before the members ball on the Thursday night.

Hi All

I'm going to try to upload a few pictures I took, but incase it doesn't work (first time I've tried!), you can find a full set at my website:

http://www.globalsupercars.co.uk/gallery.php?page=...

In addition to rosscoe's comment about Horacio Pagani, he signed some images for myself and a friend at the factory in Italy just as he was about to run out of the door to watch the World Cup semi-finals in 2006...top man!

Here's attempting the images now...

Andy

Nice images Tim - were you in the grandstand or the press photographers stand? You got a good angle!
