Broad Haven in Pembrokeshire. I bloody love it around here. Thankfully the Mrs is tolerant of the bike when I'm down here.

The climb in the background is quite a naughty one.

Had a day off today (bank holidays don't apply) so had a few runs around lady Cannings in the sun. Lovely little place.

Not often you see the silvery Tay so flat. Virgin 125 in the background on the bridge to match the red and white on my Cannondale F29 Carbon. Taken during my ride on the Dundee Circular this morning which I had to shorten due to a slow puncture.

Nice bike and pic. Puncture not fixable?

Thanks. I was close to home so managed to ride it back without the hassle of changing the tube. Thorn had just got its way through to the tube and made a tiny hole. Took me ages to find and remove the thorn from the tyre so probably best that I didn’t bother attempting to fix on the route.

Final ride before I fly to the US for the Trans-Am Bike Race.

For anybody keen on following the race I'll be posting all the details on my blog in the next few days - The Adventure Capitalist - once the rider numbers and URLs are confirmed. Or via Instagram or Twitter.

The from Saturday the chalky hip jump at the bottom of Cheverton Farm Gravity line got the better of me, annoying as had hit it and everything after all well nicely clearing and landing fine all afternoon. Then typical right at the end of the day hit it, slid a bit on take off went all wrong and landed on my bars / face. Off to the dentist in a mo to get the chipped teeth fixed.

Ouch!

Shame your username is toothrot, perhaps a new one is required now you’ve altered a few!

Teeth now fixed, did a good job but £480 lighter now - she did say I have remarkably clean teeth.

Just wish my arm would heal a bit faster.

Did Lake Bala to Lake Vrynwy, via pass of the cross yesterday. Great downhill the other side.[url]

A ride out into the flatlands yesterday. No hiding place from the wind.

that looks stunning. I'm heading over that way in august, but will be taking the mountain bike smile

Ouch! You've probably got another few weeks to go. Mine is getting there no 10 days in.

That does look good. I did a short circular route on ridewithgps which I meant to do the other weekend but never did in the end. Having seen that, I will definitely get over there.

That is definitely one of the nicest looking road bikes around.
