Not yesterday, but Sunday evening, I completed the 1500 virtual km and 25,000 virtual metres climbing of VRAW.

4d 11h 14m 56s
7 hrs sleep between Wednesday Morning and Sunday Night, with just 30mins in the last 36hrs.

It was brutal, and I was extremely happy with my 12th place!
This is mental!! The climbing must have just done you in!!

Amazing effort and incredible time!

A very hot run out today. Was told my bike was 'sick' by some lads swinging from some lock gates. I thought that the creaking I had wasnt that loud , but being old skool, realised he meant the bike looked good smile

6.5 miles in and ran over a broken glass bottle. It’s the first time I’ve had the pleasure of getting covered in tyre sealant. Fitted the spare tube my mate had on him but the tyre wouldn’t seat right so we turned round and headed back.

Rex, some you land, some you don't laugh

Good effort either way.

Dodging the storm on the way back from Steyning Bike Park.

North Yorkshire for me today to collect two more of the Top 100 Cycling Climbs (30 completed to date)

Great surprise view on top of a dam towards the end of the loop

Looks like Washburn?

My lad used to compete in Canoe Slalom, I’ve been there a few times, always a tricky course to negotiate...

First ride in over three months because of the excessive quarantine rules here but decided to sneak out today around the empty streets of La Paz and took this one in front of the office.

The Chase again, big muddy but still good.

Bike holding up well, but gear shifting not as smooth as better spec drivetrain. Brakes good, fork not bad.

Cheers, thought it looked familiar.

I’ve mountain biked on the south side of the A59 around Fewston Reservoir, nice area!

Ventured briefly to the Brocton area for a look around

Pedal/frame/ stump strike resulting in a loose rear derailleur cable..... Note to self: cable ties and tape in tool kit

Did you get to the Stepping Stones? I think that's nearby.
