Fantastic Service from Garmin

My Edge 510 packed in last week. I called them and they told me to send it back to them for investigation.
I sent it back to them on Friday last week and Garmin returned a brand new 510 yesterday.
However, I only sent back the unit but they returned a full bundle (HR monitor, cadence sensor, out in front mount)!
I called them to let them know (I'm far too honest) and they said they were out of stock of the stand alone unit so sent me the full pack so I was not without a unit!
So credit where it's due!

Are you using a third party mount ? I know a few people who have had this problem when using non Garmin mounts. Turns out the non Garmin mounts have a much harder plastic than the tabs on the base of the Garmin so if any pressure is applied to the Garmin the tabs break on the Garmin rather than the mount.Thanks
