So, cycle to a Trig Point, take some pictures, post them on here and others have to guess where you were. screen capture of bing.maps may be easier. Up to the poster if they want to include some clues or descriptions:

So...
Looking South:

Looking West:

Clue
The view South West would give it away.

Looks familiar, but couldn't guess.

I'll put one up at the weekend.

Plenty of clues in the pics if you look hard enough and read the clue I posted.

Looks like Cadair Idris - took my dad up there to exercise his new knee a year or so ago and it was a bit cloudy. Nice work cycling to the top.

Nope, definitely Cadair. Looks like you had a better view than when we did it:

How about this one from back in the day (a bit naughty as no bridleway...)

Correct!
It is all rideable except the final 50m vertical which is hard enough to scramble up, let along carry a bike up! smile

As promised

Looking south west and there is a train station in the distance. Where am I?

Well it's got to be somewhere in the New Forest National Park...

...is that the trig point, roughly central on the line of the grass track, to the right of the dark looking gorse bush?

OK. My turn...

Looking just about East. That hill in the far distance (just left of the waymarker post) is a well known cycling climb, with a number of routes up it.

Roughly South South West. I suspect that this view won't help to add much of a clue as to the location.

Looking North. There's something in the background which may give this one away...
