What new wheels for Boardman Road Team Carbon 2014
Discussion
Think I am going to go for a set of the Ultegra 6800s. Tempted to totally upgrade my bike to an SLS SLR or even an AIR but figure a wheel upgrade would satisfy the upgrade itch for now..!
Tempted to go tubeless, anyone any strong opinions on this for or against and also recommendations on tyre supplier?
Also does Wiggle attract Britich cycling discount?
Cheers all

when you say being 'worn out' do you mean after many miles the rim wears out from the brakes? I don't do enough miles obviously..!
Two winters destroys a rim in my experience. Or if you ride in the hills a few summers. When i enquired how much it would cost to change the rims on my Fulcrums it was £2-300. The handbuilts have better hubs and will last for a very long time. Not mention they have a decent amount of 'normal' spokes which anyone can change. Cheapy chips Fulcrum 7's are great for a winter wheel, but I learnt and moved to discs for the stty weather Gassing Station | Pedal Powered | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
