This sort of stuff is often that someone has recognised it as a stolen bike, perhaps their own bike. So they take the piss with bids to ruin the auction.
Another one is a scam where the photos are someone else's and, when the winning bidder turns up with a pocket full of cash, they are met by a bunch of guys with baseball bats, knives, etc who take the cash. There was never a bike for sale.
Somewhere, on a forum, there will be a thread from the people doing the bidding.
