Same here. I boil in my Rapha race cape or CHPT3 Rocka (basically a Perfetto) unless the temperatures are more or less freezing. I’m seriously tempted by the new lightweight Rapha Gore jacket.
I’ll be near a Rapha store in a couple of weeks so will pop in and take a look. But definitely interested in any feedback from the guys who have bought them in the meantime.
And is it me or does the pricing actually seem halfway reasonable for Rapha? I think the Gore Shakedry was over £300 when it was launched if memory serves me correctly.
I've got an Idro pro 2. One of the best pieces of cycling kit I own. Incredibly impressive. I’ll be near a Rapha store in a couple of weeks so will pop in and take a look. But definitely interested in any feedback from the guys who have bought them in the meantime.

Either that bike really is mahoosive and on 35" wheels, or those are some sexy skinny tubes. Like that.
29er (but can run 27.5+) and it's a 4130 cr-mo steel frame. The semi fat option was important for me as it's replacing a fatbike that was stolen. That probably helps eventuate the ‘look’
(ETA: just reread your initial post!)

I borrowed a mates Gore ShakeDry jacket for a 300km Audax in March last year. I was sceptical as to how good it could be, given that back then it was a £200 jacket. Well, to say that I was blown away was an understatement. I didn't take it off for 21 hours, and when I was finished I took it off in the pub and was still perfectly dry underneath. Quite incredible.
I've still not bought one though as I'd probably fall off and tear a hole in it on my first ride and cry!
Crashed at 40+ mph, long hill.. ran out of talent and road in the wet, can verify that after going through a curb, multiple bushes, braken, and stinging nettles, it did not rip. 10/10 crashing sustainability. Was dry underneath.I've still not bought one though as I'd probably fall off and tear a hole in it on my first ride and cry!

Castelli LW 2 bib-tights. Because I've only got the nanoflex bib-tights or shorts, nothing in between - so it was a choice between overheating or pedalling harder to stay warm..
Have they arrived yet?I ordered some a few weeks ago, sounded great in principle but I just didn’t like the lower leg material. It’s very thin and the join between that and the normal material around the knees made the fit a bit strange but that might just be me!

Chilly Club ride around the back-lanes of Cheshire.
16 out meant the cafe parking was a little crowded.
58 miles all in - much enjoyment

Thule Edge Wing bars and a bike carrier.
Whilst I love my M140, it’s not the best for slinging bikes in although I was spoilt after four years with my vRS which was an ace bike wagon. I drive like a proper old lady with my bike in the roof though.
Careful leaving your bike on that anywhere. It takes ~ 8 seconds to steal a bike from them and you won't be insured under the majority of policies...I speak from financially ruinous personal experience. Depends which carrier. The older Thule 591 was ridiculously easy to get a bike off of, the newer 598's clamp is a much better design and I haven't seen anything suggesting it is compromised like those 591 videos on YouTube show.Like you say though, I use a hefty cable lock to chain the bike(s) to the bars/each other if I'm going to be leaving the car anywhere for any length of time.
Edit: Looking at the large version of that photo it looks like a 598 so

Picked up a Thule Velospace XT 3 bike carrier. It should carry my 27.5 tyred plus bike easily.
It replaces my Thule 2 bike carrier which has done a great job.
Downsides, it’s quite heavy, bigger and doesn’t fit into the boot.
But you can lock your bike to it and it to the car and fit that 4th bike to it.

Picked it up new with a £150 discount....

I don't know if it's been mentioned but Halfords has the TacX Flow smart trainer on offer at £180. Picked one up today for bad weather training.
Out of interest, are you intending to use an app with it?I have one sat in the garage unused at the moment...in the next few weeks there'll be enough space to use it so want to get it set up. And am thinking it needs an app to make it interesting.

I've been out in them a couple of times. Obviously I can't tell the difference, but they fitted well, and the sticky pads around the top kept them in place. They've washed well on a normal 40 degree wash, and were properly filthy when they went in.
I'll have to try and find a pair of regular sale comparisons to check the quality, but I think they're fine. For £3.30 a pair, you can't really complain.
