Half link chain might get you close but I think you'll need to weld some sort of hanger back on with plenty of heat barrier to protect the carbon joint. Doesn't need to be pretty does it?

They attach to the hanger though, and unfortunately the OP's non-replaceable hanger has snapped. OP, you could try a tensioner in conjunction with one of these http://www.wiggle.co.uk/lifeline-emergency-rear-de... but I think the best option will be a half link chain.HardtopManual said:

Actually yes it fits behind the qr.
